The following is a summary and evaluation of these activities.
Situational Awareness Training 101 (SAT):

This training provides insights and tools to help those who may be required to manage emotionally escalated employees, coworkers, or customers. This training is scenario based using recognized, practical tips on how to de-escalate emotionally charged situations by opening lines of communications all the while remaining safe.
Active Threat Training:
Active Threat Training demonstrates what to do when confronted with violence in the workplace, the importance of reporting aggressive behavior and how to recognize warning signs that often lead to violence.
